Lorna Moir

Head of Client Service & Partner's PA

Lorna joined 'Ayrton' as Receptionist in September 2009. This role is not her first introduction to the 'medical field' though as whilst still at school, she worked part-time at a local dental practice, taking up the position of Trainee Dental Nurse once leaving school. Lorna quickly realised that although the role of Dental Nurse may not be for her, working with the public was something that she not only enjoyed, but was found to be good at and one that she had a natural aptitude and skill for.

In 2006, Lorna joined a letting agency as 'Administrator' and quickly rose through the ranks to hold the position of Legal Manager. In 2009 she obtained the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Management from West Lothian College, Livingston.

Lorna is head of client service within the Hospital and ensures that all clients receive a friendly, efficient and professional welcome. In addition to leading on client service, she is PA to both Partners and is involved with assisting Administration and Management to ensure that our client service runs smoothly.

In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, going to the cinema and spending time with her partner William, family, friends and in particular her lovely young nephew, Logan.
